Prague #5798: Vrtbovská Garden
My Mum is Czech, my Dad is German. So I get to be both!
I went to pick up my new Czech ID card and used it as a chance to meet my Mum in this beautiful, old city. Isn´t it lovely to explore the same place over and over? As always, I like it best in summer. One of the few things I missed when travelling Australia was experiencing history. Europe has so many places that make up for that.
For the first time my Mum took me to Vrtbovská zahrada, a hidden, private garden created in the 1700's. Apparently it is Italian style baroque, go figure.
July 2018.
